ResponsibilitiesWe are looking to hire a Privacy & Compliance Program Manager, with a technical background and a customer-driven passion for regulatory work, to join our team. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization focused on healthcare-specific data platforms, AI products and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare. We are looking for someone who will bring Privacy and Compliance expertise, with a focus on software to our team. Conduct technical privacy reviews for service, subprocessors, data residence, HIPAA, vendors, and partner programsManage the HLS subprocessor program, including maintenance and disclosure of 3P data processing and inventory of systems /manual processes with privacy.Serve as a SME for Engineering and Product, proactively revising and developing partnership privacy guidance materials for healthcare services.Apply cross-functional knowledge to other compliance programs, including RAI, Medical Device and HIPAA.Embody our culture and values. | |
