Here's what you'd do:

  • The MarCom Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs.
  • Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet, and intranet development, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure the effectiveness of various sales and promotional communications.
  • Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department.
  • Assists the Marketing Communications Manager in creating digital marketing material, such as flyers, white papers, videos, and PowerPoint presentations, for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
  • Maintains Customer Services USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools.
  • Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
  • Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales.
  • Manages and executes internal communication projects such as the internal newsletter.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st shift).

Length: Temp (6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong writing proficiency.
  • Website/content management experience (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with Scrovito (internal CMS tool; training provided).
  • General business acumen.
  • Excellent operational skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
