Pay: Starting at $17/hr. | Type: Full-Time / Every Other Weekend| Location: Award-winning retirement community in South Charlotte

What You'll Do:



  • Prepare high-quality meals in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner
  • Work alongside certified Executive Chefs with opportunities to learn and grow professionally


Basic Requirements:



  • One to two years of full-service restaurant experience
  • Food preparation and line cooking experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and work calmly under pressure


Desired (But Not Required) Requirements:



  • Experience working in a senior care facility or hospital
  • Experienced working in fine dining

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year experience in quality food production and training in food service.
  • Previous formal or on the job training in food storage, preparation, cooking and estimating quantities of food.
