POSITION SUMMARY
The Donor Services and Database Coordinator is a key member of CLUES' Development team and plays an essential role in ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. The Donor Services and Database Coordinator is responsible for data entry, records management, and gifts acknowledgement for the Development Department. This position will support prospect research, annual giving campaigns, and special events as needed. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting CLUES' mission and organizational growth. The Donor Services and Database Coordinator should have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective collaboration with CLUES' Executive Leadership, Development and Finance teams, and across program areas. Department: Administration - Development Reports to: Senior Director of Development Location: CLUES St. Paul. / Minneapolis office, Hybrid Opportunity. Position Type: Regular Schedule: Full-Time. Generally, Monday - Friday Office hours. Some evening or weekend hours may be required. Estimated Salary/Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 (depending on experience & qualifications).
