HR Talent Relations Specialist

Reporting

• Support internal processes and reporting related to check-ins, exit interviews, and turnover.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor trends in employee relations, turnover, engagement, and performance.
• Work with Carle Experience team to add in patient scores to leader dashboards

Engagement

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up of Glint engagement surveys across the organization.
• Partner to define survey objectives, timelines, and communication strategies.
• Manage Glint survey platforms and tools to ensure accurate deployment and data collection.
• Analyze survey results and generate reports highlighting key trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Track progress on engagement initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Assist in developing and refining engagement strategies based on survey insights.

Performance

• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees throughout the performance review process.
• Monitor completion rates and follow up with HRBPs and department leadership
• Work with TR Program Manager to analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support calibration sessions and talent review meetings with HR and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to align performance outcomes with development plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and consistency in evaluation practices across departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in performance management processes and tools.
