Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP - Part-time, 20 hours per week M-F onsite (Wednesday availability preferred, flexible on other days) Compensation - Expected Employee starting wage range - $168,583k - $247,802k / annually Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. To provide this set of outreach services, we are now developing a comprehensive bundle of services to work conjointly to engage this high-risk population. These services include - Mobile Outreach Teams, Intensive Case Management Services, Peer Support, and linkages to community resources and outpatient treatment. The end goal is to provide effective prevention and intervention strategies for those most at risk in order to reduce or prevent more acute illness, high-risk behaviors, incarceration, and other emergency medical or crisis responses.
