What We DoThe Outbound Direct to Consumer (DTC) Inside Sales Representative's primary function is to make outbound calls to Direct to Consumer prospective customers. The representatives must clearly, accurately, professionally, and consistently answer questions, overcome objectives, take every opportunity to sell and up sell a new contract and document each call in FALCON and Dialer systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of recent, continuous sales experience; phone sales is preferred
  • Proven track record of sales success and goal achievement
  • High integrity and passion for delivering value to customers
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Highly driven with a never-give-up attitude
