THE ROLE Apply sound judgment and discretion to address business challenges by analyzing processes and environments, and leveraging technology across business units. Lead software development efforts throughout the lifecycle, focusing on advanced software creation while adhering to established standards and best practices. Serving as a technical lead in an Agile environment for small to midsized projects, the candidate collaborates with product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to deliver solutions within tight deadlines. Establish, document, and enforce technical standards and best practices throughout all project phases. Technical lead to help maintain and support operational risk reduction portal, cash management, collateral management and product master systems. The applications suite spans across 35 separate application modules supporting a wide consumer base and integrates with Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivative Systems and Trade Operations Systems. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO
