Pay: $39.56/hr. plus fringe benefit of $12.38/hr.

Hours: Monday to Friday - Time TBD

Job Description

• Duties: The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Mechanic must be able to service and repair AHU's, centrifugal fans and commercial/industrial environmental-control systems. They must be able to install and modify and repair refrigeration -hermetic, semi-hermetic, mechanical, screw, scroll and centrifugal units up to 500 tons. Air conditioning, ventilation, computer room units, process coolers, ice machines, evaporative coolers, air compressors and related control systems. Including pneumatic and DDC and BAS (building automation control systems).
• Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the Position: Ability to climb and work at heights, walking and standing for extended periods of time, lifting, bending, pushing and moving objects up to 75 pounds. Interpret and work from plans, diagrams, blueprints, shop drawings, sketches and specifications. Operate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
