Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st shift and 2nd shift, Monday-Friday

Hours: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (1st shift) or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay: $17.00-$18.50/hour to start, with incentive pay potential up to $23/hour after 90 days

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do Each Day

As an Assembly Worker, you'll help build and package high-quality medical phototherapy products (similar to tanning beds) used in healthcare settings. Daily responsibilities include:

• Assembling medical phototherapy equipment using hand and mechanical tools
• Finishing and packaging components and products according to specifications
• Maintaining a neat, organized, and safe work area
• Participating in production meetings and team collaboration
• Assisting with training new team members when needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Performing other related duties as assigned to support production goals
