Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document results
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method
  • Have the skills and knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard and instructions
  • Be capable of providing the necessary guidance and/or supervision to trainees and Level I radiographers
  • Be familiar with the codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the method used
  • Have basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology
  • Adheres to all safety and environmental procedures
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Actively promote and participate in the Operational Excellence program
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above

Required Skills/Education/Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2 years manufacturing or assembly experience or equivalent
  • Previous Level I or II digital radiography certification or equivalent, per NAS410
  • Must be able to work overtime with short notice
  • Must have excellent Safety record
  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions
