Job Title: Processing Clerk for Purchase Orders

Location(s): Cary, NC

(Hybrid: onsite 2 days every other week)

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Proficiency in creating purchase orders and invoicing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Review all external vendor requests to determine if they are valid, purchase order can be issued or if approval is required before issuing purchase order.
• Route requests for approval via web based tool as required.
• Follow-up on aging requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for any issues or corrections to purchase orders.
• Create and/or amend purchase orders.
• Approve invoice payment.

• SAP or other ERP system is preferred.
• Experience with creating purchase orders, invoicing, etc.

• Hybrid - Candidate must be local to Cary, NC.
• Required to be onsite 2 days every other week.

• 3 year vocational training.
• + 3 years practical experience needed.

• Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused 3-year vocational training period.
