Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and telehandlers on solar project sites.
• Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.
• Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (solar or construction experience preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hrs. a day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay:

Starting at $50.41/hr., based on experience
