The Inn at Solitude is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms by thoroughly cleaning assigned rooms, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. You will also be expected to promptly report any damage, missing items, or suspicious activity, while consistently upholding the resort's commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles aligned with Solitude's standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and respond effectively to issues
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Previous housekeeping or experience preferred

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, and furniture
  • Remove used linens, trash, and any items left behind by guests
  • Restock rooms with required amenities and ensure housekeeping carts and closets are properly supplied
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
  • Report any damages, missing items, or suspicious activity to management
  • Turn in all lost and found items to the manager immediately
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed before the end of each shift
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support lodging operations

    Requisitos del Puesto

  • Funciones y Responsabilidades
  • Limpiar minuciosamente las habitaciones asignadas, incluyendo cocinas, banos, ventanas, pisos y muebles.
  • Retirar ropa de cama usada, basura y cualquier articulo dejado por los huespedes.
  • Reponer las habitaciones con los servicios requeridos y asegurar que los carritos y armarios de limpieza esten debidamente abastecidos.
  • Responder de manera rapida y profesional a las solicitudes y preocupaciones de los huespedes.
  • Informar de inmediato cualquier dano, articulo faltante o actividad sospechosa a la gerencia.
  • Entregar todos los objetos perdidos y encontrados al gerente de inmediato.
  • Asegurar que todas las tareas asignadas se completen antes del final de cada turno.
  • Realizar tareas adicionales segun se asignen para apoyar las operaciones de alojamiento.
