As a key contributor, you will be at the forefront of content strategy and implementation, collaborating with diverse teams to enhance the user journey and elevate search engine performance. Your expertise will ensure that content is not just well-written, but also perfectly structured and easily found, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Here's how you'll make a significant impact:**

* Content Architecture & Nomenclature: Partner closely with copywriters and user experience (UX) designers to establish proper nomenclature and information architecture for new content, including optimizing headings and page structures for maximum clarity and usability.

* SEO Optimization: Leverage your deep SEO background to collaborate with content teams, reviewing and enhancing content to achieve superior search engine performance and discoverability.

* Content Definition & Strategy: Define the tone and style for critical customer support content, such as FAQs and Help Center articles, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

* Content Management & Delivery: Utilize content management systems (CMS) to add and update content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all platforms. You'll also manage content submission via work management platforms.

* Performance Analysis & Improvement: Conduct ongoing audits and analyses of existing content, partnering with UX, product, and copywriting teams to recommend and implement improvements.

* Knowledge Integration: Oversee the integration of knowledge and assist in the facilitation of a larger content repository, contributing to a centralized and efficient content ecosystem.

* Strategic Alignment: Work with internal content strategy leadership on tone, voice, and content strategy within interactive voice response (IVR) and messaging spaces, shaping critical customer communication channels.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in English, with exceptional communication skills.

* Demonstrated experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

* Experience with voice search optimization.

* Experience in messaging strategy and content.

* Proven experience in structure strategy for digital content.

* Familiarity with budget management principles.

* Experience with various access applications.

* Ability to perform suite reporting and analysis.

* Experience with landing page optimization.

* Working knowledge of databases.

* Experience utilizing Content Management Systems (CMS) for content addition and updates.

* Experience submitting content via work management platforms (e.g., Workfront).

* Strong collaborative spirit, working effectively with UX designers, copywriters, product teams, and SEO specialists.

* Analytical mindset for conducting content audits and analyses.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience with Contentful CMS.
