To maintain all operations in a safe and efficient way and to insure quality acceptable production requirements are met. Promote and adhere to all OSHE procedures. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Set-up and maintain all downstream equipment (CI Vision, ALPS, etc) Troubleshoots downstream equipment Evaluate and recommend equipment modifications to improve efficiency Replace/repair/align conveyor belts as needed. Analyze electrical failures and develop effective solutions on inline equipment Properly use hand held devices, such as volt meters and other diagnostic devices. Safely and effectively uses hand and power tools. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager. Make proper adjustments to machines when ware is not running to specs Know proper way to shut down and start up machines Keep plant and working area clean Follows all OSHE, Quality, cGMP and Product Safety as required. *Duties subject to change* Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma Experience: 2 -4 year experience in molding. Must be familiar with plastic molding and troubleshooting machines. Good mechanical and electrical background. Some experience with PLC's Preferred Experience: Familiar with plastic molding. Specific Knowledge: Basic math skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the company. Computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Job experience will primarily be based on the successful completion of the departmental training programs.
