We're looking for aSoftware Developer to join our dynamic team in Sioux Falls, SD or Sioux Center, IA offices! In this role, you'll take the lead on designing and developing key components of cutting-edge applications with minimal supervision. From programming to implementation, testing, and documentation, you'll have the opportunity to shape complex projects that challenge your technical skills. As a crucial member of our collaborative team, you'll contribute to exciting initiatives while pushing the boundaries of technology. Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and React to ensure performance, scalability, and a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and ensure the app meets business needs.
  • Write clean, efficient code while following best practices for testing, version control, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug to resolve software issues and optimize performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and integrate new tools or technologies to improve development processes.
  • Ensure responsive design and optimize applications for speed and efficiency across browsers and devices.


Qualifications:



  • 2 or 4-year degreein Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • 2 to 3 years of experience necessary for this role.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training
  • Academic or job-related experience high-level language development such as .NET, C#, XML, HTML, ASP.NET or similar technologies
  • Experience with object-oriented programming, user interface development, database systems, and system integration



Preferred Skills:



  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with performance optimization and ensuring app efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.


Travel:



  • Travel may vary according to business needs.This position and individual must be located in or near Sioux Falls, SD or Sioux Center, IA. This is not a remote position but in person.
