Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Rochester, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Provides administrative support at the discretion of the Director to assist top-performing sales reps and leaders.
  • Uses business software applications (Outlook, Salesforce, word processing, and spreadsheets) to prepare/send correspondence to clients/referral accounts, request and organise reports, log activity in our CRM, and complete the submissions of sales.
  • Performs general administrative duties for the department as needed, including preparation of correspondence and documents with confidential information (email, reports, client information).
  • Maintains submission workflow, coordinates with clients, referral sources and sales reps/DSMs while adhering to sales deadlines.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (4 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the financial or Human Capital Management industry.
