Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Phoenix, AZ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Provides administrative support at the discretion of the Director to assist top-performing sales reps and leaders.
  • Uses business software applications (Outlook, Salesforce, word processing, and spreadsheets) to prepare/send correspondence to clients/referral accounts, request and organize reports, logging activity in our CRM, and complete the submissions of sales.
  • Performs general administrative duties for the department as needed, including preparation of correspondence and documents with confidential information (email, reports, client information).
  • Maintains submission workflow, coordinates with clients, referral sources, and sales reps/DSMs while adhering to sales deadlines.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: $21.00/Hour
  • Hours: 40 Hours/Week
  • Length: Contract (4 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of Admin experience in the financial or Human Capital Management industry
