Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Engineering Supervisor in Cranberry Township, PA, you will be part of the proven team in the Products Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. As the Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a team of 6-8 engineers responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions in support of Framatome's Installed Base Products division. Your work will include:


  • Supervising engineering activities related to commercial grade dedication, equipment qualification, and new product development.
  • Overseeing project execution, including resource planning, scheduling, and performance tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Reviewing and approving technical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Supporting factory acceptance testing and design verification, including coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and team capabilities.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with project management, quality, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
  • Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and innovation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
