Location Address: 123 Main Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30346Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America)Enable growth, retain business, and eliminate losses by building, delivering and updating training for operators on Recips equipment from introductory level to advanced level as designed in the Blow Mold Operator programs. Successful candidate will create, implement and coach training programs and classes (both in person and virtual) that ensure employees are capable in their roles. This role is initially focused on skill development in our manufacturing environments from hire to retire to ensure employees have necessary capabilities to succeed Job Description Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities * Facilitate and deliver training classes for Operators running Uniloy 350 R2 (Rocheleau RS 75 machines are also acceptable) blow molders. Knowledge of Wheels and Shuttle systems is highly considered * PET machines knowledge will be highly regarded. * Be proficient in replacing and repairing pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems on a blow molder preferably the 350 R2, R3 and R4. Other platform knowledge is highly considered. * Expert at understanding the sequence of operation of the machine and troubleshooting issues with skills at optimization of processes and repairs. * Ability to perform all required PM's on the BMM as well as the support equipment: blender, grinder, vacuum pump, cooling bed, trimmer, leak tester, bagger, detabber and spin trimmer. * Ability to coach others on packaging equipment is highly appreciated but not required. * Supporting the technical training team and the Continuous Skills Development APS Element. * Create training materials that are delivered during the instructor led courses at various sites. * Create training needs assessment to ensure required employee skills are defined. * Lead efforts in the design and deployment of training content: * Understand the gaps existing in operator capability for different equipment and experience levels * Prioritize the deployment of training sessions as the needs of the business change to maintain optimal capability build and top operator skill sets * Build leadership capabilities to sustain skill levels through application of standard approaches. Additional Job Description * Travel is required to sites across the US and Canada to deliver training. Requirement varies depending on demand but expect an average of 75-100% travel. * Basic computer skills required. * Basic Microsoft office skills highly desired. We will provide training as needed.
