Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Alutiiq Solutions, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opening for a (Junior) Administrative Assistant in Patuxent River, MD. Alutiiq Solutions, LLC provides professional administrative and operational support services to the executive leadership of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and to the NAVAIR Command Operations Group. The Senior Leadership Support (SLS) Team members provide support in a variety of administrative roles, including but not limited to meeting support for the Commander's conference room, executive support for the Command Operations Director and Deputy Director, conference room reservation support, secure space access management, and executive-level meeting coordination and support. Acitive Secret Security clearance required. The Junior Administrative Assistant position is the primary support contact for executive-level meetings in the NAVAIR Commander's conference room. Responsibilities include:
