Acara Solution is looking for a Product Owner (SAFe) - Embedded Software Engineer for Our client located in Ft Wayne, IN.

Here's what you'd do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
  • Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Participate in SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
  • Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics with 5 years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role, preferably with embedded software
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree with 3 years of experience
  • Agile experience
  • SAFe certification or similar training.
  • Experience with embedded systems and software development.
  • Domain experience in RF and GPS, and Navigation system development, implementation, and integration efforts.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, and C#.
  • Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Good understanding of the software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
