About the Role As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Watlow, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders across U.S. manufacturing sites and members of the Operational Leadership Team, ensuring alignment between people practices and operational goals. This role focuses on collaborating with site and functional leaders to execute strategic and global HR initiatives that enhance team member engagement, support business performance, and strengthen organizational capabilities. This position requires occasional travel (approximately once per month) to other company manufacturing centers of excellence. We are looking for someone to be based out of our global headquarters in St. Louis, MO or out of one of our MCOE's in Columbia, MO. Key Responsibilities:
