Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of testing and commissioning procedures, tools, and facilities that align with customer acceptance criteria, driving innovation and excellence in our processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics, and Industrial Support to Warranty teams) to manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities, and tools, ensure compliance with EHS policies, and implement best practices from Return of Experience (REX)-and much more." Developing a clear and exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria. ,
Managing the development and supply of test procedures, facilities, and tools for RS sites and depots. ,
Ensuring that test procedures and tools configuration are managed throughout the project lifecycle. ,
Defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with reference times and monitoring deviations. ,
Continuously optimizing SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness. ,
Implementing Return of Experience (REX) from the Test & Commissioning phase of projects. ,
Ensuring seamless interface and collaboration with engineering project teams, site industrial teams, warranty implementation teams, site logistics and industrial support to warranty teams, quality teams, and site validation teams. ,
Supporting the Testing & Commissioning Operations team in implementing and executing testing procedures. ,
Deploying methods, tools, and best practices identified at the group level. ,
Participating in EHS activities on the shop floor to ensure a safe working environment."
