Description Acara Solutions is seeking Enrollment Specialists in Buffalo, NY! Type: Temporary from October through Mid-December Pay: $18.50/HR Location: 100% ONSITE, Monday-Friday 830AM to 430PM As a Consultant, you'll review high-level plan details with members. Responsibilities: Assist members with patience and empathy Handle member concerns professionally Discuss health and prescription needs confidentially, following HIPAA guidelines. Follow scripts and checklists to meet CMS and federal requirements. Explain insurance terms and plan options clearly. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
