As a Senior Manager - RF Test Engineering, you will lead the development and deployment of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for highly integrated RF modules. This role is critical in driving test strategy, ensuring product quality, and enabling high-volume manufacturing for next-generation RF products. You will help define the vision for RF test engineering, develop talent, and collaborate with senior leadership to influence technology roadmaps. The position requires strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsibilities include directing, leading and managing the technical activities in one or more engineering disciplines (mechanical, software, packaging, electrical, reliability, systems, applications, or process engineering). Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$143,000 -$286,400 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
