Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Buffalo, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Tech Service Coordinator handles all coordination between the client and the customer concerning service of the client's automated cutting systems and material handling equipment at customer sites within the U.S. and internationally.
  • Will coordinate the use of vendors when necessary and manage all paperwork and billing for the job
  • Send, receive, and distribute internally key service details from the customer to the client personnel.
  • Handle scheduling and travel for in-house technicians including obtaining necessary forms, visas, and requirements of the customer through an online travel portal.
  • Prepare documents and track costs related to each service visit.
  • Manage paperwork and expense reports from traveling technicians.
  • Perform proper follow-up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Support technical services phones and enter service orders into the system for technicians to troubleshoot.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $24-$27/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Direct Placement.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Must have at least 2 years recent MS Office Suite experience (Word/Excel)
  • Must have at least 1 year experience booking travel arrangements
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive personality and able to effectively handle customer complaints.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to handle high energy and busy environment.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Job needs deep organizational and scheduling skills to include the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Great communication skills both on the phone and through email.
