The Print & Fulfillment Lead plays a key role in bringing the Hummel brand to life through precise, high-quality garment decoration and order fulfillment. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily print production, inventory control, and shipping logistics, ensuring that every product leaving the facility meets the brand's exacting standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the lead print operator, running heat presses to complete application work on Hummel stock and custom apparel.
  • Source and manage materials for print operations, including TPU, silicone, vinyl, and twill transfers.
  • Ensure consistent product quality through precise application, maintaining a print accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
  • Oversee multiple projects at once, managing deadlines and workflow across the print and fulfillment teams.
  • Train and supervise part-time print support staff, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
  • Support daily operations, including cutting vinyl numbers, decals, and accessory tags.
  • Manage inventory transitions through the print process to minimize loss or misplacement.
  • Operate ShipStation and oversee product fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized print and shipping area daily.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold brand quality and meet customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate general knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and Hummel's product lines.


Qualifications



  • Prior experience in apparel printing, garment decoration, or related production environment.
  • Understanding of heat press technology and related materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for sportswear, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
