It is a position that enables the individual to accept varying degrees of responsibility that will support excellence in field operations, while developing skills and knowledge. Responsibilities Assist the Superintendent in the following areas: Help with the management of subcontractors, vendors and deliveries Quality control and punch list Site logistics and construction management Plan Safety Schedule Shop drawings Daily reports and other project documentation Gain skills and knowledge: Overall construction process, including the means and methods of various trades.
