Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production BOM Assistant to join our product development team. This role is essential in supporting the design and manufacturing process by managing Bill of Materials (BOM) data throughout the entire product development lifecycle. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with design partners to ensure accurate and timely BOM execution while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

*Execute BOM data entry and management throughout all phases of the product development cycle

*Collaborate with Design partners to support BOM development and ensure accurate execution

*Maintain exceptional attention to detail with high competency in data input accuracy

*Manage workflow and prioritize tasks based on deadline requirements

*Maintain PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system knowledge and ensure data consistency

*Demonstrate keen time management to meet all agreed-upon timelines and deadlines

*Communicate proactively and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

*Strong organizational and time management skills

*Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

*Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems

*Excellent communication skills and collaborative work style

*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

*Proficiency with data management and spreadsheet applications

Preferred Qualifications

*Background in product development or manufacturing

*Production or supply chain experience

*Design or engineering background (a plus but not required)
