Position summary: JMT is an engineering and architecture firm serving public and private sector clients from 49 offices in 16 states and the District of Columbia. We are seeking an enthusiastic proposal/marketing coordinator to join our PA/OH regional marketing team. Our pursuit coordinators work together with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop proposals and other marketing materials that are compelling, accurate, creative, focused, and compliant with the client's RFP/RFQ requirements. Working Conditions JMT offers a hybrid work schedule. The selected candidate is expected to work in a JMT office location at least three days per week or as needed to perform assigned duties. Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
