Drafter (Precast Division)

We are seeking a Drafter for County Prestress and Precast at our Astatula, FL location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models of precast concrete structures using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare comprehensive permit and construction documentation in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Generate accurate shop tickets to support the fabrication process of precast concrete components.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment and project success.
• Conduct thorough quality control reviews of both personal deliverables and peer work to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.

• Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely
• Standing / Walking / Climbing

Experience & Qualifications:

• Associates degree in design/drafting or two years of design/drafting experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (3-5+ yrs modeling) and Autocad
• Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must.
• Precast experience required.
• General knowledge of building construction
