Responsibilities Responsible for direct supervision of the bank's buildings & grounds in determined market area; provides support to O.R.E.O. division of bank on foreclosed properties; performs duties associated w/being a landlord on rental properties; participates w/annual Capital Expenditure budgeting for assigned market; establishes specific goals for department; directly supervises assigned personnel; communicates regularly w/assigned personnel & provides periodic performance reviews; performs as project manager on contracted jobs within assigned market area; perform all the duties of a Maintenance Mechanic I or II. Ancillary Duties: As an integral member of the Facilities Department, this position is responsible to assist the department and the bank in achieving goals. Job Location(s)
Qualifications Education, Training and Requirements: A minimum high school diploma or equivalent; specialized maintenance (trades) training. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Skills: Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills; general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry; ability to use necessary tools and equipment for each above; valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs, no fear of heights; above average interpersonal relations and communication skills; ability to supervise a small group of employees; ability to read blue prints; ability to make decisions; above average organizational skills. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in related positions normally required. Other Job Information Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
