Job Purpose Straughan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Natural Resources Business Unit. In this role, you will lead complex environmental projects, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts while advancing Straughan's mission of delivering innovative, sustainable solutions. Salary Range for this position is $110,000 - $170,000. The compensation for this role is commensurate with experience. Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geomorphology, or related field Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 4 years of complex project management experience.
