TheParekhLab is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to work on research projects focused on defining mechanisms underlying interactions between CAR T-cells and the bone marrow microenvironment. This project will usespectral flow cytometry,in vitroand in vivo CAR T-cell assays and gene knockdown, overexpression, and CRISPR knockoutstudies. As a successful candidate you will: * Design and conduct of experiments related to current projects * Analyze primary data * Prepare manuscripts and other research presentations. Qualifications Your qualifications should include: * PhD or M.D. in Immunology, Cancer Biology or related field * Experience in flow cytometry is preferred City of Hope employees pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.
