Location: Genesys Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic - Fenton, MI GENERAL SUMMARY: Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist. Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist. Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population. Document treatment interventions given. may coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel. EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION REQUIRED: PTA credentialed from the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy required. Physical Therapy Assistant Associate's Degree from an accredited college. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
