Customer Service Representative (Administrative)

Essential Job Functions:

  The ideal candidate will be professional, passionate, and highly organized. This is a full-time position and working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

  Daily communication and follow up with customers regarding customer orders through various communication streams (email, phone calls, etc.)

  
  

• 
  

  Communication within the organization of incoming orders and customer requests.

  
  

• 
  

  Follow through on Customer Requests until fulfillment.

  
  

• 
  

  Answering inbound phone calls and directing calls to the proper department.

  
  

• 
  

  Greeting guests and vendors and signing them into the facility.

  
  

• 
  

  All other duties, as assigned.

  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor's Degree in a Business-Related Field. (Preferred)

  
  

• 
  

  Minimum 2 - 3 years Customer Service Experience within the Manufacturing Industry. (Preferred)

  
  

• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Required)

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Required)

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  
  

• 
  

  Strong time management and organizational skills.

  
  

• 
  

  Comfortable taking initiative and working independently while also contributing to a team environment.

  Must pass a background check and drug test as part of the pre-employment process. (Required)
