Job Summary The Production Worker is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging both raw materials and finished products in accordance with established quality and safety standards. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring that all products meet company and regulatory requirements. The position may require working in a clean-room environment and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Moderate supervision is provided to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality expectations. Job Responsibilities Inspect raw and finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Label and package materials according to established procedures and specifications. Maintain accurate production and quality records as required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Follow safety, sanitation, and clean-room protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Operate basic production and packaging equipment under supervision. Communicate any product or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor. Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives. Job Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team under moderate supervision. Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Willingness to work in a clean-room or controlled environment as required. Understanding of basic safety and quality control procedures. Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Work Experience Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production preferred but not required. Additional Job Details (COVID, Commute, Attendance, etc.) Work location: Casa Grande, AZ. Schedule: 6:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Overtime: Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at time and a half. Consistent attendance and punctuality are required to meet production needs.
