***This position is an Onsite role based out of our Nashville, TN office.***

About the role:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be leading the marketing strategy and functions of our Nashville office across key areas: pitches, property marketing, communications, and more. We're looking for a confident leader with sharp strategic thinking and superb communication skills. You'll collaborate with diverse personalities under tight deadlines, driving our marketing plans forward with precision. Your role involves crafting innovative strategies, positioning us as industry leaders. You'll shape local processes, secure resources, and empower our team to excel.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with business development and sales teams to deliver measurable ROI positive marketing opportunities and drive the successful execution of key strategic and cross-functional projects within the organization in a positive and constructive manner while ensuring active communication with all key constituents on progress, timeliness of deliverables and other important activities.

  • Responsible for providing direction, training, and support to professionals contributing to marketing efforts for the office.

  • Lead social media management for the overall office.

  • Collaborate with East Region PR Team, and help drive external communications and promotions with the media through press releases, advertisements, and other means.

  • Partner with Research and serve as a final editor for the quarterly research reports.

  • Oversee tracking and reporting success of all marketing pitches and presentations to Market Leader, Operations Manager, and Regional Director.

  • Help drive and elevate key client events, and help maximize exposure and attendee experience.

  • Oversee advertising budget and calendar.

What you bring:

  • 7+ years' experience in Marketing - experience within the Real Estate sector is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required

  • Strong experience within Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express)

  • Advanced Microsoft applications experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Experience with Email Marketing Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)

  • Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an understanding articulating client value

  • Well organized and with excellent time management skills and ability to interface with top level executives
