Program Coordinator, Experienced

Your Role

You will be a part of the Care Management team which assists members with education and problems solving to improve the member's heath. The Program Coordinator, Experienced will report to the Sr Director of Care Management. In this role you will be responsible for complex projects, organize and administer shared sites and documents, support vendor contracts.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience

• Prior experience in a managed care setting preferred

• Ability to plan, organize, and meet strict timelines

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Flexibility to adjust priorities as needed
