Key responsibilities include researching new compensation models and methods, managing salary structures, administering bonuses and incentives, conducting market pay analysis, ensuring compliance with pay-related regulations, and translating complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights that influence business strategy. Incumbent also serves as a key advisor to HR leaders and business leaders on application of compensation practices to address workforce challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about the power of data, skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and driven to use those skills to help our organization make smart, people-centered decisions. Responsibilities:
The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 yearly based on direct and relevant experience. Preferred candidates will live within a commutable distance of our corporate office which is located in St. Louis Park, MN. This position is remote but occasional onsite work may be required.
