As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for responding to and resolving client requests or concerns for a corporate facility. With an eye for the details, you'll coordinate logistics, from managing contracts and conference facilities. You'll have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of facility management by participating in regular inspections, assisting on projects, and inventory management.

Primary Functions
* Oversees conference center management at our Louisville site to include managing conference room reservations via outlook and coordinating and assisting with set-up.
* Responsible for inventorying/stocking work rooms with all necessary supplies to include break rooms as well.
* Responsible for coordinating monthly meetings with all critical vendors (janitorial, coffee, etc.)
* Monitors overall facility appearance and coordinates with the landlord for building related items.
* Manages the services of the cleaning day porter as well as managing the day porter's schedule.
* Coordinates cleaning service with cleaning manager to ensure that all suites are properly maintained.
* Conducts daily inspections of conference rooms to ensure they are properly set prior to meetings.
* Conducts daily inspections of all suites utilizing Angus to document deficiencies.
* Participates in monthly facility and financial reviews. Including AP/Accruals/Month End reporting.
* Conducts monthly facilities meetings with management to review issues and receive feedback.
* Serves on the Emergency Response Preparedness Team.
* Orders supplies for facility-related items and day porters.
* Assists with internal facility moves to include coordinating movers, network, and other internal / external supports. Updates move/space coordinators to ensure accuracy.
* Reviews and track work orders and other service requests in Angus.
* Codes and inputs invoices into Nexus for Senior Facility Manager to approve for payment.
* Assists onboarding/access management with regard to facility related service providers.
Requirements
* High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred.
* 5+ years of real estate property /facility management or related experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work with others well, give and take direction, and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner and maintain confidential information.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
* Ability to handle a variety of work with minimal direction and supervision.
* A strong team player, service-oriented attitude and unwavering positive outlook.
