Our nimble, decentralized culture can provide you with a wealth of opportunities to learn about our business and quickly gain experience to accelerate your career. ***This is a fully onsite position based out of our Reno, Nevada office.*** About the role: This Broker Executive Assistant (internally called Team Business Operations Manager) will be supporting a broker team and is key to driving process improvements and supporting brokerage operations, CRM/database management, transaction support, and marketing. We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects such as multi-tenant lease transactions, property repositioning strategies, portfolio reporting, invoicing and large-scale marketing campaigns from start to finish. As a key member of the team, this role will serve as driver of the team's organization and help ensure the team's success.
