Job Title: Field Engineer 3

Location(s): New York, NY

Must Have:

• Desktop/Laptop repair experience.
• Laptop/Desktop server support experience.
• Professional experience with Mac OS (Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma) and Windows 10/11

Nice to Have:

• Customer-facing service background.
• Advanced Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Additional Mac technical skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and servicing of computer-related products including desktops, laptops, printers, and standard software.
• Provide software, hardware, and networking support for desktops and laptops.
• Execute installs, moves, adds, and changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues, including reloading and re-imaging PCs/laptops.
• Collaborate with Help Desk, Service Desk, or follow scripts; apply personal knowledge for advanced troubleshooting.
• Provide occasional assistance to server and/or network teams under direct guidance.
• Ensure SLA compliance, timely ticket updates, and high standards of professionalism in dress, communication, and demeanor.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.

Requirements:

• Hands-on support experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS X 12.6 or later (Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma).
• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware repair.
• Experience in professional field or desk side support environments.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
