Job Summary The Project Engineer (P.E) Intern will support the project team by assisting with various operational tasks while gaining practical experience in business practices and project management. Main Responsibilities 
    Participate in project planning sessions to understand project scope, timelines, and deliverablesAssist team members in the execution of project tasks and activities, contributing to project milestonesPrepare for and participate in pre-job and weekly meetings, taking notes on key discussion and action itemProvide updates on project status in weekly meetings, highlighting progress and any challenges facedAssist with tracking project costs through timesheets, weekly quantities and job cost reportsAssist with maintaining both cost report and billing quantitiesOrganize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondenceKeep detailed logs of project activities, including daily reports of work performed and progress madeScan, index, and organize documents and files for project referenceOther duties as assignedEducation Must be actively working towards a college degree in engineering or a related fieldSkills
