Job Description: The Senior Labor Communication Specialist drives communication efforts that keep our Frontline Employees and Leaders informed and empowered throughout the labor negotiation process. This role leads initiatives that include writing, planning, cross-functional coordination, social channel monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure messages are timely, accurate, and aligned. By partnering closely with Labor Communication leadership, Negotiating Teams, Operational Leaders, Communication Advisors, and external stakeholders, this Specialist helps deliver clear, consistent updates that build trust and transparency. This role involves travel that may vary significantly, ranging from little to extensive travel, depending on business needs. Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $74,950 per year to $83,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
