Essential Job Functions:



  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, enhancing their experience from check-in to departure.
  • Coordinate with Director of Rooms to ensure smooth operations and consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the main contact for guest interactions, responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns. Escalate service recovery opportunities to the Director of Rooms when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms and common spaces.
  • Coordinate with the Reservations department regarding guest reservations for the Lake House property, ensuring accuracy of bookings.
  • Anticipate guest needs, encourage personalized service, and maintain a high-touch, boutique experience.



Hotel Specific:



  • Wage: $25/hour


Physical Demands:



  • Frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and bartending-related tasks.
  • Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to varying seasonal conditions.



Qualifications:

Education:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework preferred.


Experience:



  • 1+ years of hospitality or guest service experience; bar or bartending experience required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • TIPS or Responsible Alcohol Service certification preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred.
  • Additional language ability a plus.
