Assembly Lead *Shift: 2nd, (1pm-9pm)* *Pay: $20-$23/hr (Based on experience)* Job Description: Read, learn, understand, and interpret blueprints and work instructions, as well as other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards. Troubleshooting of component and tooling issues with aid from supervisors and engineering team. Read, understand, and interpret more complex measurements. Advanced soldering and crimping skills. Ability to identify and pick out various sizes of wire, cable, labels and sleeving for production. Knowledge of crimping machines and changing of dies in bench top crimper. Knowledge of kitting-bagging to prepare products for shipment. Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete assembly of components or products.
