Description

Leidos is looking for a Senior Director to help shape our corporate strategy and lead key strategic partnerships that fuel growth, accelerate our NorthStar 2030 strategy, and elevate the Leidos brand.

This role sits in the Growth Office, reporting to the SVP for Corporate Strategy, and works across the enterprise to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive differentiated value and measurable results. You'll also play a role in our annual strategy planning process.

We're looking for a leader who can influence at all levels, work across functions, build strong partner relationships, and champion initiatives that deliver real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the evaluation and approval process for strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market (GTM) frameworks and plans with select partners.
  • Track and report ROI and progress on funded partnership initiatives.
  • Partner across Leidos functions (Growth Office, Global Supply Chain, Office of Technology, Communications & Marketing) and sectors to align strategy, resources, and execution.
  • Support the broader corporate strategy process and special projects.
  • Stay on top of market and competitive trends to spot new partnership opportunities.

We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 15+ years in business development, strategy, partnerships, or program management.
  • Strong track record of leading complex projects and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations and public speaking.
  • Experience in government contracting, channel management, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Knowledge of BD/capture processes and proposal development.
  • Experience with federal government customers.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

At Leidos, we don't want someone who "fits the mold"-we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, "what's next?" before the dust settles on "what's now."

If you're already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2... good. You'll fit right in.
